Visual identity and web-design for the Vienna-based gallery «Galerie/Kunsthandel, Kastowsky». The gallery focuses on contemporary art and photography.


VERNIS #05

Vernis is a Viennese magazine, «one of a kind for fashion, art and music». The target audience are late teens and young twens. Vernis deals with youth-culture in general as well as some specific, contemporary trends. The visual elements, such asheadline fonts and illustrations, are based on the issue's topic: «It's a Teenage Rampage».


LIEBER EIN VERLIERER SEIN

The pop/rock-compilation «Lieber ein Verlierer sein» was published by Las Vegas Records on the occasion of the Euro08. Including the winners of a band-competition, which was co-hosted by the Austrian radio station FM4, songs about football are presented.


AUGENKLINIK AKH LINZ

The new visual identity for the eye-hospital «Augenklink AKh Linz» is based on the rotated «A», that illustrates the side-face of an eye and describes the clinic's forward-looking and comprehensive approach to medical care. The changeable logo can be adapted easily, with all variations having the forward-looking eye in common.


WETLAB

Posters on different topics of an eye-surgery training series. The typographic illustrations are based on the symptoms of each discussed subject.


SCHILLER

Rudolf Schiller emphasises with his work as a self-employed management consulter very much on personal interaction. Only by using simple typographical elements, a changeable CI was created, giving Mr. Schiller the opportunity to personalise the visual appearance and to direct the reader individually. On the Website, the logo goes with the navigation.


LOG

The LOG (Linzer Ophthalmologische Gespräche) is an association founded to promote communication, the exchange of ideas and further education. The initials are arranged to illustrate a circle with arrows. The Logo and the further graphical elements describe the LOG's communicative and spreading idea.


VERNIS #4

Vernis is a Viennese magazine, «one of a kind for fashion, art and music». To describe the magzine's uniqueness, the credits of each story are enlarged to the size of headlines. It's typographical illustrations go with the issue's topic.


STADLERQUARTET

Logo and Website for the stadler quartet. The automatically changing logo describes the quartet’s multifaceted repertoire.

Redesign of the website.


ENTSPANNTE GLEICHZEITIGKEIT

CD-package design on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Viennese art-club «Alte Schmiede». The conceptual and simple design is based on the art club's emphasis on contemporary literature as well as new classical and electronic music. In collaboration with Stefan Fuhrer.


AiDLOG

The online network AiDLOG combines two phenomena of contemporary media society and uses these for a platform in the social field. Through the combination of the highly distinctive network of weblogs, especially their individual character, with the attractiveness of the internet as an advertising medium, targeted cash flows are set in motion from companies for the support of aid projects.


BLITZFELD

Visual appearance and web-design for the band «Blitzfeld». One of the main characteristics of the band's music is the combination of analog and digital (live processing) sounds. The visual elements are based on this dualism within a humorous background.

T-Shirts customised for Umbro. In team-work with Oliver Laric and Georg Schnitzer. /link


KUNST ASYL

Catalogue for the art auction Kunst Asyl, which is a charity event for the benefit of asylum seekers in Austria. The cover-illustration shows all the frames of the presented artworks in the catalogue.


INVOCATION

Typographic illustration based on Beat Furrer's opera «Invocation». The composition deals with the libretto's concern of the «transientness of being». This elementary subject is visually translated with elements like water, sand, light and fire.


FAMILIENTISCH

Poster series for the theater play «Familientisch» at Schauspielhaus, Vienna.


WARS OF IMAGES

«Wars of Images» was the topic of Focus-Award 2003 in Dortmund, a student design competition. This poster-series is the result of intended picture-converting-errors by misapplying Adobe-Photoshop.
